Selichot Concert and Service
Motzei Shabbat 4th September at 9.30 pm
A very special concert for Selichot featuring award winning violinist Tanya Sweiry, harpist Rivka Gottlieb and Israeli-born cellist Sagi Hartov, followed by the beautiful and stirring High Holyday melodies of the Selichot Service with the Yuval Singers, led by Isaac Hogarth and conducted by Elkan Presman. Not to be missed!

Stop the Year!
Wednesday 15th September at 8.00 pm
Hear our panel of visionary and inspirational leaders highlight what they see as the key moral issues from the last year. If ‘God knows all things’ and ‘Nothing is ever forgotten’ what are the consequences and what does the world have to learn? The panel will include Jonathan Freedland, Baroness Julia Neuberger, Danna Harman (Ha'aretz) and Neil Jameson (Citizens UK) and will be chaired by Rabbi Jonathan Wittenberg.

Dinner in a Succah!

We would like to have as many members of the community as possible dining in a Succah. Please contact the office if you have a Succah and let us know how many people you can host. And if you don’t have a Succah, please let us know by 13th September so that we can match you up with the nearest possible hosts with a Succah!
Changing the World
Sunday 26th September at 8.00pm
Many young people who have grown up in our community have received widespread recognition both in the UK and Israel for their work in Tikkun Olam – social justice and improving the world.
Tonight we will honour them and hear about their work, vision and moral passion. We will also announce the plans for the Tikkun Olam centre in our new building which will offer grants and mentoring to people with new and exciting projects.
